Applying for a free computer
There are no specific eligibility requirements when applying for a free computer. PC Recycler has been supplying free computers to voluntary organisations, charities, community groups and educational establishments since 1998.
If your group is based in Blackpool, Wyre or Fylde, and you have not yet had a free computer from us, please apply. The computer will be supplied through the Microsoft authorised refurbisher program (MAR)completely free of charge. We provide this free service to introduce ourselves to you!
The MAR scheme is not available to private individuals, but free computers are available through our computer club
Important notice
Recipients must accept responsibility for all safety aspects relating to the donated equipment, and a waiver to that effect must be signed before the equipment will be released.
Alternatively, we can arrange for the electrical safety checks to be brought up to date at cost.
