Loyalty bonus users may only claim one of each item, if you claim a laptop, you must return it if you wish to claim another (better) laptop. This rule is designed to allow members to upgrade their equipment, not for traders who want free items to sell.

Items are supplied free of charge to those who have been paid up members for at least two years

All laptops on the list are "one off". We can not promise a like for like exchange in the event of failure.

Items not claimed are eventually offered on the 'free for all list'.
