Items are supplied free of charge.

Loyalty bonus users may only claim one of each item, if you claim a laptop, you must return it if you wish to claim another (better) laptop. This rule is designed to allow members to upgrade their equipment, not for traders who want free items to sell.

All laptops and lazer printers are "one off". We can not promise a like for like exchange in the event of failure.
